Partnerships Executive & PR Manager

We are seeking a Partnerships & PR Manager who is passionate about eco-friendly innovation and skilled in building strong, meaningful relationships. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating lasting partnerships, crafting impactful content, managing vibrant communities, and hosting memorable events!

Job Responsibilities:


 Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with like-minded brands, retailers, media outlets, and influencers. Manage and nurture these relationships to expand brand reach through collaborative marketing efforts, product sampling, and special events.

Business Development: Craft strategies to boost product visibility through sampling programs, consignment opportunities, and pop-up events. Represent the brand at public events and partnerships while building and maintaining robust relationships with community partners.

Public Relations: Develop and implement PR campaigns to boost brand awareness and reputation. Prepare detailed monthly reports for management on campaign performance and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.

Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging multimedia content for Reels, social media posts, blog posts, podcasts, and video editing. Ensure all content aligns with Baya’s brand voice and sustainability mission.

Community Management: Oversee our affiliate program, enhance customer interactions, and maintain active engagement with our community through social media platforms and direct communications.

Event Planning: Develop and manage a 12-month global event calendar, ensuring each event is well-planned, curated, and executed smoothly across markets to maximize brand presence and engagement.

Support for Business Growth: Create marketing materials and presentations customized for various markets and partners. Hold monthly check-in calls with distributors to monitor progress and align efforts with business development and marketing objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:


Experience: At least +3 years of experience in public relations, partnership management, community management, or a related field.

Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, video editing, and capable of producing high-quality visual and written content.

Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage diverse partnerships and community engagements. Arabic speaking is a plus. 

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, global event calendars, and marketing strategies effectively.

Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
