Shipping and Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over 50 AED! For orders 50 AED and below, we charge a flat shipping rate of 10 AED.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you place your order before 4 PM, we will deliver your products the next business day. If you place your order after 4 PM, we will try to deliver your products the next day, however, the standard shipping will be in 2 working days. That said, most orders placed before 4 PM will be delivered the next working day. Please note that we don't deliver on Sundays, so if you place your order after 4 PM on Friday, your products will be delivered on Monday.

Exceptions:

Please note, during big holidays and celebrations such as Ramadan, Eid holidays, New Year, Christmas, and Easter, our standard delivery times will be adjusted. These periods may affect the speed of deliveries due to holiday observances and changes in operational hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UAE. We do not offer international shipping at this time but we're working on it!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link that you can use to track the status of your delivery. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the payment and fulfillment status.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Go ahead and try out your Baya products and if you don't love them as much as we do, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will give you a full refund - you don't even have to return the products!

Send us an email at hello@baya.life letting us know your order number and why you weren't satisfied (we're always looking for feedback) and we'll initiate the refund. Note that some banks can take up to 10 business days to credit your account. 

Please note: the maximum amount refunded per customer is 45 AED.
