Shipping policy

United Arab Emirates:

• Shipping Cost: We offer FREE shipping on orders above 50 AED. For orders 50 AED and below, we charge a flat fee of 10 AED.

• Delivery Area: We deliver all across the UAE.

• Delivery Time: If you place your order before 4pm, we will deliver your products the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days. Please note, orders placed Friday after 4pm, will be delivered on Monday (since Sunday we do not offer delivery). 

Bahrain:

• Shipping Cost: We offer FREE shipping on orders above 300 AED. For orders 300 AED and below, we charge a flat fee of 40 AED.

• Delivery Area: We deliver all across Bahrain.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on customs, but we usually ship within 3-4 working days.

Oman:

• Shipping Cost: We offer FREE shipping on orders above 300 AED. For orders 300 AED and below, we charge a flat fee of 45 AED.

Kuwait:

• Shipping Cost: We offer FREE shipping on orders above 300 AED. For orders 300 AED and below, we charge a flat fee of 40 AED.

1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over 50 AED within the UAE. For orders 50 AED and below, we charge a flat shipping rate of 10 AED. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders above 300 AED, with varying flat fees for lower amounts.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS from one of our fulfillment partners with a link to track the status of your delivery. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the payment status and fulfillment status.

5. What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Try out your Baya product, and if you don’t love it as much as we do, we will refund you! Just send us an email at hello@baya.life with your order number and feedback, and we’ll initiate the refund. Note that some banks can take up to 10 business days to credit your account. Terms and conditions apply. The maximum refunded amount is 45 AED.
